A pioneer in the polymer compounding industry, Mr. Somani has led the organization from a small operation producing 100 MT annually to an integrated polymer solutions group with manufacturing capacities exceeding 36 KTA.
His entrepreneurial vision and relentless focus on innovation have been instrumental in building long-term relationships with OEMs, converters, and industrial customers across multiple sectors.
He is also the inventor and patent holder of an innovative Low Shrinkage PP Compound developed as a commercially viable alternative to conventional materials.
Dr. Shashwat Mishra
Technical Director
Dr. Shashwat Mishra brings extensive global experience in polymer science, packaging technologies, and process optimization.
Holding a PhD in Organic Chemistry, he has contributed significantly to material innovation and manufacturing excellence across the packaging and specialty polymer sectors.
Prior to joining Sudarsshan, he held leadership and technical roles with globally recognized organizations including SRF, Cosmo Films, Toppan etc.
His expertise spans packaging films, product innovation, and global process optimization.
Harsh Somani
Director
Harsh Somani directs business strategy, operational scaling, and global market expansion at Sudarsshan Pollyblends. His background combines a Bachelor of Technology in Mechanical Engineering from KJ Somaiya College of Engineering with an MBA from Middlesex University, uniting technical precision in manufacturing with strategic corporate management.
He focuses on strategic growth through expanding advanced manufacturing infrastructure, technical capabilities, and quality assurance systems to serve high-performance material requirements worldwide. By aligning technical process optimization, rigorous quality control, and customer-centric product development, the organization continues to strengthen its position as a leading partner in polymer compounds and masterbatches.
